(KMZA)--A young Onaga man, seriously injured early this year in a car crash, has died.
20-year-old Devin Schlegel died Wednesday at the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City. Schlegel received severe head trauma in the January 4th crash.
He’s a 2013 graduate of Onaga High School and from the Manhattan Area Technical School’s HVAC program in 2014.
Funeral services for Schlegel will be Tuesday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the Onaga Community Center. He will lie in state Monday at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Onaga where family and friends will meet from 4 to 6.
Devin is survived by his parents, Jim and Marla Schlegel, of Onaga, along with a brother and sister.
