(KLZA)--A Falls city man facing child pornography charges has entered into a plea agreement.
42-year-old Matthew Leaf entered a plea of no contest to one count of possession of child pornography Tuesday in Richardson County District Court. In exchange for the plea, three additional charges were dismissed.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 19th.
Leaf had been scheduled for a jury trial on the four charges.
He was arrested in October, 2014 following an investigation by the Nebraska Attorney Generals Office that had been ongoing for about a year. Court documents alleged a computer in Leaf’s apartment in Falls City contained numerous image of child pornography.
