(MSC NEWS)--Legislative forums are planned in Atchison and Holton Saturday.
The Atchison Area Chamber of Commerce will hold it's third and final Legislative Coffee Forum of the year at 9 in the morning in the Santa Fe Depot at 200 South 10th Street.
U.S. Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins and State Representative Jerry Henry have both confirmed their attendance at the event.
Free coffee and doughnuts will be provided, and everyone is invited to attend.
The Holton/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce will host a Legislative Breakfast Saturday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 at Penny's on the west side of Holton's Town Square.
Representative Becky Hutchins and Senator Dennis Pyle will provide an update on what's happening in the Kansas Legislature and answer questions.
The public is invited to attend.
