(KMZA)--A farm-related accident in Marshall County has claimed the life of an elderly Manhattan man.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department says 81-year-old Ted Samuelson was pushing brush up on his family farm southeast of Frankfort at about 6:30 Saturday evening when a tree fell onto his tractor.
Samuelson was pronounced dead at the scene.
The farm is located about three miles east of K-99 Highway on Valley Road.
