Former Area Legislator Sentencing Postponed
01/13/2015

Trent LeDoux

(KNZA)--The sentencing for a former area Kansas legislator convicted of bank fraud has been postponed for a fourth time.
Trent LeDoux, of Holton, had been scheduled to be sentenced Monday in U.S. District Court after pleading guilty last May to defrauding a Colby bank out of more than $400,000, some of which prosecutor's say was deposited into his campaign account.
His attorney requested the continuance.
A new sentencing date has been set for April 20th.
