(KLZA)-- Five Directors with the Nemaha Natural Resources District took part in their final Board meeting December 11th. Recognized for their service were Bruce Walker of Falls City and Scott Kudrna of Auburn, both having served 12 years. Paul Weber of Firth who served nearly 10 years, Charles Bausch of Adams and Mike Gilson of Nebraska City who each served four years.
New Board members who started their terms are Russel Moss of Burr serving in the at-large position, Dan Stukenholtz of Brock service Subdistrict 7 and Tim Loseke of Hickman serving in Subdistrict 1.
Board members will be appointed to fill vacancies in Subdistrict 10 for Walker and Subdistrict 5 for Gilson. Applications from those wanting to serve will be accepted until the January 15th Nemaha NRD Board meeting.
