(KNZA)--Three longtime Hiawatha school board members will not seek re-election.
Matt Sprick, Dave Thompson and Steve Lock will not seek another 4-year term on the board. The announcement was made at Monday's board of education meeting.
Their positions along with that of Ian Schuetz are up for election in April on the board.
Lock has served on the board for 16 years. Sprick and Thompson have each served 12 years.
Those interested in filling the positions must file by noon on January 27th at the Brown County Clerk's office. The election will be held April 7th.
