(KLZA)--A Richardson County jury has found a Verdon man not guilty on a pair of felony charges.
20-year-old Phillip Doerr was acquitted on charges of terroristic threats and use of a firearm to commit a felony following a one-day trial this week.
Doerr was charged in connection with an alleged incident in June in which another man accused Doerr of pointing a gun at him while chasing his car on Harlan Street in Falls City.
Attorney's Greg Ariza and Kale Burdick with the Nebraska Attorney General's office served as special prosectuors in the case. Doerr was represented by attorney Timothy Nelson
