(KNZA)--Railroad crossing repair work, just east of Seneca on Tuesday, means delays are likely for motorists in the affected area.
The Kansas Department of Transportation says both the eastbound and westbound lanes of U.S. Highway 36, at the Union Pacific railroad crossing, will be closed to vehicles from 9:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon.
Traffic will be directed through the work zone by a flagger operation.
