(KLZA)-- 40-year old Michael E. Tinsley of Omaha was sentenced to a period of 20 – 48 months in prison by Richardson County District Court Judge Daniel E. Bryan Tuesday.
Tinsley was sentenced on a felony charge of possession of burglars tools. Charges of being a habitual criminal, operating a motor vehicle during time of suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed previously.
Tinsley was allowed credit for 105 days served in jail following his arrest.
