(KLZA)-- A Craig, Missouri man has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from a shooting in Richardson County last month.
47-year-old Joseph Senn Jr. entered the plea Tuesday in Richardson County District Court to felony counts of attempted second-degree murder, using a firearm to commit a felony, two counts of terroristic threat along with a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
A jury trial has been set for February 10. Bond was continued in the case.
Senn was arrested October 4 by the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office. Officers were dispatched to a house near Dawson, owned by Buckley Auxier. Auxier and two other men were at the property and reported Senn fired a handgun at Auxier.
Senn and a woman with him, 43-year old Natalie Auxier, were arrested just north of Falls City when the truck they were in was stopped by Sheriff Randy Houser and Deputy Jeff Frederick. A concealed handgun was allegedly discovered in the truck.
If convicted, Senn is facing 20 years to life in prison on the attempted murder charge and up to 50 years in prison for use of a firearm to commit a felony.
Natalie Auxier was also arrested and is facing felony charges of conspiracy to commit a class II felony and being an accessory to a class II felony. She also faces a misdemeanor charge is carrying a concealed weapon.
Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 1.
