Name Drawn to Break Tie Vote for Township Clerk

(KMZA)--A tie vote has been broken for a township clerk position in Nemaha County.
County Commissioners on Monday drew a name to decide a tie vote from the November 4th general election for Red Vermillion Township Clerk between Wayne Beck and Terry Mueting.  Each received two votes during the election.
Mueting’s name was drawn and he will be notified that he was elected.
He is to take office January 12th.
