(KLZA)-- Former Richardson County Deputy Sheriff Joshua Nincehelser of Dawson, has agreed to a plea agreement in Richardson County District Court.
In exchange for his plea of guilty to a felony charge of criminal mischief and a misdemeanor charge of false reporting, two misdemeanor charges have been dismissed.
Tuesday Nincehelser appeared in court and was found guilty of a pair of charges as part of the agreement. Sentencing has been scheduled for December 16th.
