(KNZA)--A 41-year-old Falls City man is facing 4 felony counts of possession of child pornography.
According to court documents, Matthew Leaf was arrested Thursday following an investigation that began in October of last year.
Authorities on Thursday executed a search warrant at his Fulton Street apartment and searched a computer that they allege contained numerous images of child pornography.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Leaf's IP address drew the attention of investigators from the Nebraska Department of Justice because the illegal files were being made available for sharing online.
Leaf is currently held in the Richardson County Jail, held on $5,000 bond.
Arraignment is scheduled for the morning of November 17th.
