(KNZA)--Jury trials have been set for a Holton man facing charges in two separate cases.
During a hearing Friday, Jackson County Attorney Shawna Miller says a February 3rd jury trial was set for 33-year-old Bradley Stanley Sr. on a charge of aggravated battery. Stanley is accused of assaulting another inmate in the Jackson County Jail in August.
In the other case, Miller says a jury trial was set for February 18th-20th on charges stemming from the alleged sexual battery of a 16-year-old Hoyt girl in July. Stanley is charged with aggravated sexual battery, aggravated burglary, vehicular burglary and theft in connection with that incident.
He pleaded “ not guilty” to charges in both cases earlier this month.
