(KLZA)--A November 10th preliminary hearing has been set for a Craig, Missouri man charged in a Richardson County attempted murder case.
47-year-old Joseph Senn Jr. made a first appearance in Richardson County Court Monday on felony charges of attempted murder in the 2nd degree, use of a firearm to commit a felony, two counts of terroristic threats and a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
Senn is accused of firing a handgun at Buckley Auxier at his residence near Dawson on October 4th.
Senn and a woman with him, 43-year old Natalie Auxier, were arrested later that day a mile north of Falls City. A handgun was alleged found during a search of the vehicle they were in.
Natalie Auxier is facing charges as well. She was released from custody and is wanted on a warrant after failing to appear in Richardson County Court.
If convicted on the attempted murder charge, Senn faces 20 years to life in prison. On the charge of use of a firearm to commit a felony, Senn could receive a mandatory minimum of five years up to 50 years in prison if convicted.
He is currently free on bond.
