(KAIR)--Formal charges are filed in a sex crimes case involving a 17-year-old Effingham boy.
Atchison County Attorney Jerry Kuckelman, says the charges of electronic solicitation of a child and sexual exploitation of a child were filed against Joseph Landwehr on Friday.
The victim is identified as a 15-year-old girl.
The alleged crimes occurred in September.
A hearing in the case is set for October 30th in Atchison County Juvenile Court.
