William Vogel
(KMZA)--A Sabetha man accused of raping a child under the age of 14 last month made his first appearance in a Nemaha County courthroom Monday.
A preliminary hearing for 51-year-old William Vogel, Sr. was scheduled for October 3rd
Vogel was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on Saturday following his extradition from Florida. He was taken into custody in Fort Lauderdale on September 9th on a Nemaha County warrant for rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
He remains in the Nemaha County Jail on bond of one-million-dollars.
