(KLZA)-- Bradley D. Fiscus of Falls City is scheduled for a December 10th jury trial in Richardson County District Court on a felony charge of being a prohibited person in possession of a deadly weapon. He entered a plea of not guilty to the charge on Tuesday.
The charges stem from the Falls City Police Department responding to a possible child abuse situation in which Fiscus was a suspect. During the investigation officers learned there were three guns in the residence.
Fiscus was previously convicted on a felony theft charge in Indiana and was arrested.
If convicted, Fiscus faces a minimum sentence of three-years in prison and a maximum sentence of 50-years in prison on the Class One-D felony charge.
