Shubert Man Facing Multiple Felony Charges

(KLZA)-- A jury trial has been scheduled for December 10th,  in Richardson County District Court for 28-year old Lucas L. Vice of Shubert.  

Vice entered a plea of not guilty to felony charges of terroristic threats, strangulation and using a firearm to commit a felony. 

Vice is alleged to have assaulted Bailey Jones at their Shubert home over a period of several days in July. Jones alleged that Vice caused injuries to her when he assaulted her, including strangling her and that he threatened her with a knife and a firearm.

Bond was set at $3,000 cash.  Bail was originally set at 10-percent of $75,000.
