(KLZA)-- 49-year old Kelley S. Barker of Falls City is scheduled for a jury trial in Richardson County District Court on October 22nd on felony charges of burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Barker is accused of breaking into 1115 Harlan Street between April 5th and 12th of this year with the intent to steal property. He is also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on or about June 12.
