(KNZA)-- A Seneca man is facing charges in connection with a residential burglary in Seneca in January.
29-year-old Andrew Tryon was arrested Saturday by the Seneca Police Department on a Nemaha County warrant for burglary and felony theft.
According to court documents, Tryon is accused of breaking into the Stephen Moeller residence sometime January 28th or January 29th. Taken was cash, a television, X-Box gaming system and wireless router. The loss was estimated at more than $1,000.
A preliminary hearing in the case is set for August 20th.
Tryon is being held in the Nemaha County Jail on $10,000 bond.
