(KAIR)--An Atchison man, facing several charges related to the theft of a financial card has agreed to a plea deal.
20-year-old Diondra Oliver made an appearance in Atchison County District Court Friday morning to enter a guilty plea to two counts of misdemeanor criminal use of a financial card, and one count of misdemeanor theft. As part of the agreement, a felony computer crime charge was dropped.
Sentencing has been set for September 8th.
Oliver was arrested in Jackson County, MO on July 20th on an Atchison County District Court warrant. He waived extradition, and was transported to Atchison on July 28th.
