(KLZA)-- The Sauce and Cycles event is underway in Falls City with the smell of barbecue filling the air along with the sound of motorcycles.
The Falls City Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Falls City is sponsoring the event.
Professional and amateur grillers are competing for top prizes during the barbecue competition. The competition includes sanctioned and backyard grillers.
The public will select the peoples choice winner between 5 and 7 p-m. You can purchase a $10 wristband to get you in to sample the ribs and pork.
Awards will be presented after the voting concludes.
Following the competition there will be music provided by the High Heel Band and the Gladys Kravits Band and a beer garden will be open from 4 p-m until after midnight.
The motorcycle show is also being held downtown beginning at 4 p-m.
