(KMZA)--A Seneca native was killed over the weekend after being crushed by 4,000 pounds of glass in two wooden crates at a window company in Aurora, Colorado.
Police say 31-year-old Jason Nolte was helping to unload the crates of glass at Manko Window Systems when the accident happened Saturday morning. It’s unclear if he was using equipment in the process.
Rescuers helped extricate Nolte, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured.
OSHA is investigating the accident.
Services for Nolte are pending from the Lauer Funeral Home in Seneca.
