(MSC News)--Don't fall prey to companies looking to make a buck off of your student loan debt.
That's the word from Great Lakes, one of numerous non-profit student loan servicers partnered with the United States Department of Education and private lenders working to assist students trying to repay their debts.
A number of companies are offering repayment services, but wanting everything from extra fees to power of attorney to make that happen, and Great Lakes' Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Brett Lindquist is working to keep that from happening.
Join KNZA 103.9 FM and KMZA 92.1 FM Wednesday as we talk in depth with Lindquist about the safest steps to take when repaying student loan debt.
That happens during the latest edition of More Than Just a Soundbite at 6:15 Wednesday morning and again immediately following our 1:00 afternoon news update.
