(KLZA) -- A jury trial is scheduled to begin August 12, for 29-year old Jeremy Vice of Falls City.
Vice appeared in Richardson County District Court on two separate cases this week. In the first case vice is charged with a felony county of aiding consummation of a felony for allegedly breaking into a locked safe another person had stolen and brought to him.
The second charge is theft by unlawful taking or disposition. Vice is accused of stealing a set of French doors owned by David L. Frederick.
Vice entered a plea of not guilty in each case and the trial date was set.
