(KAIR)--An Atchison man accused of violating a protection from abuse order has plead guilty to the charge.
28-year-old Joshua Pace entered the plea Friday afternoon in Atchison County District court. In exchange for the plea, a charge of criminal threat was dropped.
Sentencing has been set for June 20th.
Pace was arrested in March after Pace went to an Atchison residence to make threats against a former girlfriend who lived in the home. He had been issued the protection from abuse order regarding his current girlfriend, and since she was at the scene as well, he was charged with violation of that order.
