Art Exhibit To Highlight Works of Northwest Faculty Members
The Northwest Missouri State University Department of Fine and Performing Arts will highlight artwork created by its faculty members during its annual Art Faculty Exhibit March 10 through April 4.
The exhibit launches with an opening reception at 7 p.m. Monday, March 10, in the Charles Johnson Theater at the Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building. The reception, which is free and open to the public, will feature the faculty members discussing their work.
The work of nine faculty members will be featured in the exhibit. The featured artists and their specialties are:
· Chris Graves, assistant professor, graphic design
· Phil Laber, professor, photography and printmaking
· Armin Mühsam, associate professor, painting
· Bob Schultz, instructor, drawing and ceramics
· Dr. Kim Spradling, professor of art, art education and fibers/papermaking
· Kwok-Pong Tso, lecturer, ceramics
· Veronica Watkins, instructor, drawing and design
· Craig Warner, associate professor, digital imaging and graphic design
· Glenn Williams, associate professor, sculpture
