( KNZA )-A boil water advisory has been lifted in Horton.
The boil advisory was issued Wednesday morning for residents west of Central Avenue after the water was shut off to replace a leaking valve on a section of water main.
The boil advisory was lifted as of 9 Thursday morning after laboratory testing on water samples indicated no evidence of contamination.
As a result, residents no longer need to boil the water they use for drinking or cooking.
