Brown Co Treasurer Completes Certification
( KNZA )--Brown County Treasurer Cheryl Lippold has been certified as a “ Kansas County Treasurer Finance Executive”.
To complete this certification from the Fort Hays State University Docking Institute of Public Affairs, Lippold had to complete 102 hours of certification.
The Kansas County Treasurer’s Association feels this certification is vital in the day to day operation in the county treasurer’s office as it incorporates public service values, management skills, investment, banking and accounting procedures.
Lippold has served as Brown County Treasurer for 10 years.
Certificates were awarded at the Kansas County Treasurer’s Association Seminar held in Wichita last month.
