( KNZA )- Two Richardson County residents have been charged in connection with a Brown County burglary.
29-year-old Brandon Kopf of Falls City and 28-year-old Amber Barr of Verdon made their first appearance this week in a Brown County courtroom on charges of burglary and misdemeanor theft.
A preliminary hearing for both is now set for June 12th.
They are charged in connection with a burglary at 2095 Goldfinch Road in rural Powhattan. Taken during the break-in were gasoline, a gas power washer, gift towels and a purse.
Barr was released Wednesday on her own recognizance after a judge granted a motion for a bond reduction.
Kopf remains in the Brown County Jail on $12,500 bond.
