(KAIR) -- An Ozawkie man is in custody after allegedly threatening two people with a knife.
Pedro Padilla was booked Saturday evening by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department for an incident at an Oskaloosa residence.
Authorities say Padilla allegedly pulled the knife and threatened to harm the two shortly after seven that evening.
He’s charged with two counts of aggravated assault and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and interference with a law enforcement officer.
Padilla remains in the Jefferson County Jail awaiting bond and formal charges.
