(KTNC) - Richardson County Commissioners received a report Tuesday from a committee that was appointed to review procedures for the county’s payroll.
The committee recommended changing the payroll period to be calculated every two weeks, and to give county employees the opportunity to take advantage of direct deposit.
The committee was formed, and the recommendations were made, to allow the county to comply with a State Auditor’s report.
Commissioners will consider a resolution at next week’s meeting to implement the recommended changes.
