( KNZA )-Bids for a Brown County bridge replacement project have been accepted.
Brown County Commissioner Warren Ploeger discussed Thursday with his fellow commissioners the replacement of a steel beam bridge just south of the intersection of Foxtail and 290th Roads with a concrete deck bridge.
Following discussion, the commission voted to accept a bid from Husker Steele for $67,715 for the materials. In addition, a bid was accepted from Norfolk Construction for $9,950 for the construction
