(KAIR) -- The second of three Legislative Coffee events, presented by the Atchison Area Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for nine Saturday morning at the Santa Fe Depot.
The series gives residents the opportunity to discus legislative issues with their elected officials.
All legislators whose districts include all or part of the Atchison County have been invited to attend the events.
The Legislative Coffees are scheduled while the Kansas Legislature is in session, which gives legislators a chance to receive input from citizens while the issues are being debated in Topeka.
The series wraps up with the final Legislative Coffee on April 6.
