(MSC News) -- For the second time within a week, citizens in the region are preparing for another major storm.
Winter Storm Rocky is expected to reach the area at some point today.
City Manager Trey Cocking says preparations for the next round began over the weekend with snow removal and trucks are re-loaded and ready to pre-treat when the storm comes closer.
He says citizens can do their part in moving vehicles off the streets for easier plowing.
