(KTNC) - A 53-year-old Richardson County man has been sentenced in three separate cases.
Robert Hendricks was sentenced Tuesday in Richardson County District Court to 18-to-36 months in prison on a felony charge of attempted possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance. Hendricks pleaded no contest to the charge in January. Two other counts were dismissed.
He’ll be eligible for parole in nine months and was given credit for 240 days served in prison.
Hendricks was given another six months in prison on a charge of Attempted 2nd Degree Assault. That charge came after Hendricks attempted to strike another man last April while he was in custody.
Hendricks was also sentenced to one year in the Richardson County Jail on a misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance.
