( KNZA )-A Wetmore man will stand trial on multiple charges.
32-year-old Cassidy Grimm was bound over Friday to Nemaha County District Court on four felony counts—including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, criminal threat and burglary. He’s also charged with misdemeanor theft.
Arraignment is set for March 7th before District Judge John Weingart.
Grimm was arrested October 23rd by the Sabetha Police Department.
He’s accused of breaking into the home of his ex-wife, holding her against her will, battering her, and threatening her and children in the home.
Grimm eventually left the residence, giving the victim time to notify law enforcement.
He remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $100,000 bond.
