(KNZA)--The boil order for customers of Brown County Rural Water District # 2 has been lifted.
Put into place Friday following a water main break, the necessary testing for possible contaminants in the water was delayed due to the Martin Luther King, Junior Holiday.
Now that testing has been completed by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
No problems were found with the water, meaning the boil order is no longer needed.
