( KMZA )-An additional candidate has filed for the Seneca City Council.
Jim Mitchell filed late Friday afternoon for re-election to his 3rd Ward council seat.
Three seats are up election in April on the council along with the positions of mayor and city treasurer.
Candidates have until noon Tuesday to file.
