A jury trial for Kyle Ferris was set for February 12th.

During his preliminary hearing the lead narcotics officer in the case, Kurtis Page,  took the stand to describe the allegations against Ferris, who is accused of selling meth and morphine to a confidential informant in late November and early December.

The informant also took the stand to describe his interactions with the person believed to be Ferris.

Ferris was one of 20 suspects arrested December 19th following a covert investigation.
