(KAIR) -- Muscotah will have a “brain trust” group coming to the community Wednesday in an effort to bolster community participation.
Marci Penner and the Kansas Sampler Foundation will hold a seminar at the community building from eight until noon.
They are aiming to help small communities to think outside the box by identifying the positive, proposing the improbable, and generating the “can do” attitude and energy to make it happen.
The seminar is open to the public.
