( KNZA )-- The Doniphan County Commission has a new member and chairman.
During their annual reorganization Monday, commissioners appointed new 2nd District Commissioner Terry Horner as chairman for 2013.
That came after Horner and the other county officials elected in November were sworn into office by Magistrate Judge Roy Roper.
They included Chad Clary, who replaces longtime sheriff Jerry Dubach.
In honor of Dubach’s 40 plus years of service to the county, the commission during their regular meeting Monday voted to add his name to the Doniphan County Law Enforcement Center building in Troy.
