(KAIR) -- Atchison’s Mayor has filed for re-election.
Allen Reavis was the first city candidate to file on Monday.
His seat, along with City Commissioner seats held by Rita Hartman and Larry Purcell are up for re-election in April, unless 10 or more candidates file, then a February 26th primary will take place.
Candidates interested in city and school board positions have until January 22nd to file.
