(KAIR) -- A 19-year-old Cummings man is in custody in connection to a November Atchison home burglary.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says Kenneth Gulley III was arrested Saturday night.

Gulley was given an obstruction charge in addition the charges of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property from the November 13th incident.
He was also picked up on several outstanding municipal court warrants.
In that case, Gulley allegedly broke into a mobile home in the 1900 block of Harper Drive and took guns, jewelry, and financial documents worth approximately 85 hundred dollars.
Two other people tied to the case, Ryan Roper and Genard Rambo, have already pled guilty to various charges related to the incident.
Roper was sentenced to 21 months in prison Monday in Atchison County District Court for the charges of burglary and felony theft.
Rambo will be sentenced February 4th.
in Atchison County Jail awaiting bond.
