(KAIR) -- An Atchison man accused of severely beating and robbing another Atchison man last year is now in custody.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says Charles Paradise was apprehended in Buchanan County just after 10 Monday morning.

Wilson says Paradise remains in Buchanan County Jail, awaiting extradition to Atchison County.
