(KMZA)--A Goff man, arrested in September on a charge of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child, learns his fate in Nemaha County District Court.
Albert Scott III was sentenced to 57 months in prison, but the judge suspended the sentence. Instead, Scott was placed on supervised probation for sixty months, and must register as a sex offender for life.
He must also pay numerous fees in connection with his case.
Scott, in November, entered a no contest plea for the charge.
Prosecutors say the sex offense occurred sometime between May 11th and 13th of this year.
