(KAIR) -- A 25-year-old Atchison man is in custody on multiple burglary charges.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says the investigation started at three Thursday afternoon.

Wilson says it wasn’t until they did a second sweep of the initial crime scene that a clue was discovered.

Bratton was booked on the charges of aggravated burglary, burglary and felony obstruction, as well as a District Court warrant for failure to appear.
Wilson says it remains under investigation on whether Bratton was involved in any of the other aggravated burglaries over the past several days.
Bratton remains in Atchison County Jail on 25 thousand dollars bond for the aggravated burglary charge, and awaits bond and formal charges for the remainder of the counts.
