( KMZA )--A Seneca woman can move forward with her plans to operate a day care at her home.
The Seneca Board of Zoning Appeals Tuesday evening approved a conditional use permit for Deitra Claas to operate a daycare at 211 South 4th.
Claas needed the permit since her home is located in a R-1-- single family dwelling district.
